Rental Rates:
Rental rates can be discussed on phone, You need to pay full amount once delivered.

Reservations:
50% security deposit is required for reservation. You must pay balance amount prior to the deliveries.

Cancellations:
Need to inform 48 hours in advance for cancellation else advance amount will not be refunded.

Delivery & Pick Up
Taligate Delivery:
The lowest cost form of delivery. Your rental items are delivered neatly stacked to a point immediately accessible to our truck tailgate, usually your driveway or garage.

Custom Delivery:
Your rental items will be carried to and from a place beyond the truck tailgate. Please contact us in advance of delivery/pickup additional fee and to arrange for these services so that your delivery will be appropriately scheduled and staffed.

Loss & Damage:
Customer will be responsible for all kind of damages because of any means unless our staff takes over or else you need to pay for the damages.

Setup & Takedown:
This service may be available for small fee, but need to discuss before.
